This past spring we drove up to Port Townsend, a cute little coastal town about an hour northwest of our house, and reached our destination at Pigmy Boats.  We had previously visited and tested out the different models of kayaks they offered.  This time we were there to buy and take home a to-be Osprey Double Kayak in a box. 

Construction was underway, we got everything laid out and glued the butt seams together, making 20' long strips.  We then reinforced the area around the future cockpit to make it stronger.
